The USB 2.0 Device Server is one of the first multifunction printer servers to provide full networking capability for printing, scanning, and memory card sharing of the MFP/AIO devices. You can control the scanning function over the network by using the MFP scanner utility, or share your data through the memory card on the MFP slot, then print it through the same MFP.

Not only can you network your MFP, the USB 2.0 Device Server is designed to provide easy network accessibility for all your USB products. With Silex's bundled USB network driver and utility, the USB 2.0 Device Server intuitively converts single user printers, multi-function printers, scanners, or storage devices with a USB interface to shared resources on the network. Your device's application will run smoothly over the network as if the device was connected directly to the PC. The USB 2.0 Device Server has four physical USB 2.0 Hi-Speed ports (Up to 480Mbps) and a 10/100bps Ethernet port that allows connected USB 2.0/1.1 devices accessible over wired or wired + wireless LAN. With a USB hub connected, the USB 2.0 Device Server can network up to nine USB devices.
